My story about the bacteria « xylella fastidiosa » which is killing olive-trees in South Italy, continues with the possible infection of Corsica and Côte d’Azur. Fortunately, so far, the many infected zones discovered, either by detecting withered trees of through systematic controls, don’t affect olive-trees (and grapevines neither), but other species. A welcome side effect is that Corsica proper cultivars are re-invigorated. Read more, even you aerospace fellows, in French, here!
